My name is Rhuthshana but you can call me Shana. I’m a 21-years-old introvert living on the beautiful island of Penang. I was born in Malaysia but I am ethnically Indian. I speak English and Malay, and I understand Tamil. Currently, I am learning Spanish in my spare time. My A levels subjects are Biology, Chemistry and Psychology.

IMG_1055 PASSIONS

Ever since I was a little kid, I have always loved to write. It is the one thing I know I could definitely spend the rest of my life doing. Besides that, I despise summer because there is no football I look forward to watching every weekend. I’m obsessed with travelling the world, experiencing new things and going on adventures. I absolutely adore my life and the roller coaster that it is.

doneTRAVELS

In 2007, I travelled to a different country for the first time. Along with 30+ relatives, we took a train to Kanchanaburi, Thailand. In 2010, my family and I travelled to Bangkok, Thailand for a short holiday after my end of middle school exams.

The next time I left the country was in 2014 and I was there for a month. This time, I attended the Young Leaders Program at Trinity College of Melbourne University in Australia for two weeks. And then spent the remaining two weeks there with my uncle and his family.

The next year, I travelled to Singapore for the first time with my school mates. This was for a Student Exchange Program where I attended Methodist  Girls School while staying at the Nanyang Girl’s School Boarding House. I went to Singapore again in 2018 with the sole mission of finally experiencing Universal Studios Singapore.

A month after my Singapore trip in 2018, I made a two-week trip to Vietnam. The places I explored include Ho Chi Minh, Bình Dương Province, Hanoi, Thanh Hoa and Ninh Binh.
